We serve the residents of Hamilton County in more ways than you may realize! As the Total Rewards Specialist at Hamilton County, you will play a pivotal role in the delivery of our comprehensive total rewards programs: maintaining competitive pay structures, enhancing benefit programs, and promoting overall employee wellbeing. You'll engage directly with employees and leaders on a variety of initiatives related to our countywide employee benefit programs and classification & compensation initiatives. We will rely on your expertise to ensure our programs remain competitive, equitable, and aligned with the county's strategic goals and core values.
Summary of Job Duties:
Maintains the County Classification & Compensation Plan.
Conducts regular market review to ensure compensation programs remain competitive.
Performs position audits.
Develops and maintains accurate and up to date position descriptions.
Administers, communicates and delivers employee benefit programs.
Provide support to employees regarding employee benefit programs, inquiries and issues.
Organize workshops, seminars, webinars and other total rewards engagement initiatives.
Analyzes data to help with decisions about rewards programs.
Creates reports and analyzes data to present to leadership.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in human resource management or related field.
Two years' work experience performing relevant HR functions.
Or equivalent combinations of education and experience which demonstrates knowledge of and ability to perform relevant HR functions.

40 Hour Work Week, generally between core hours of 7:30-5:30.
