Trademark Paralegal

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Trademark Paralegal for a Hybrid opportunity in the Greater San Diego area! The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in Intellectual Property and Trademark law. Responsibilities Including but not Limited to: Helping attorneys in trademark registration, maintenance, and renewals Admin proceedings in the USPTO and other countries Obtaining info from clients regarding trademark clearance searches Preparing and filing trademark prosecution forms Assisting in IP enforcement matters Preparing and filing pleadings and motions Communicating with clients via phone, by email and in person Reviewing and coordinating attorneys' billings Admin support and calendaring Requirements: 5+ years of experience in Intellectual Property Paralegal experience with strong knowledge and background in trademark matters Bachelor's Degree OR Paralegal Certificate Knowledge of USPTO rules and electronic filing Ability to work in fast-paced environment Ability to work in high volume Advanced MS Office Suite skills Strong organizational and administrative skills Strong attention to detail and proof-reading skills Knowledge of document review processes and document management systems Who is Ashmore Connection?
