ResponsibilitiesPage is currently seeking applications for our Tradewell Fellowship program beginning in June 2025. This is a one-year program in front-end Healthcare Planning and Design in one of our participating healthcare offices. The opportunity provides focused, fast-tracked exposure to collaborating with clients and thought leaders, positioning tomorrow's healthcare planners and designers for rapid career advancement to design, build, and heal. The fellow is provided the opportunity to work with senior planners and designers on a variety of healthcare projects, ranging from initial master planning efforts to design, while gaining exclusive exposure to clients and consultants. Fellows also benefit from the unique experience and career guidance that comes from working with leaders in the healthcare industry and having access to in-house educational presentations and the network of past Tradewell Fellows. The ideal fellowship candidate is a dedicated professional who desires to be a lifelong learner and mentor to others in the healthcare architecture industry. To develop expertise in an area of their interest, the fellow will select a topic related to the design of healing spaces and create a body of work suitable for presentation and/or publication during their fellowship year. The fellowship includes employment with Page and attendance at a relevant conference of choice related to healthcare planning, design, and construction. The Tradewell Fellowship has produced many talented healthcare planners and designers, and this tradition is integral to Page's culture. Multiple Tradewell Fellowships may be awarded, based on merit, in separate participating healthcare office locations.
