ResponsibilitiesAs a Training and Compliance Specialist, Job Duties Include:
Serve as the primary resource for compliance-related inquiries, ensuring that all training materials and programs align with regulatory requirements and best practices.Design and deliver comprehensive training programs that educate employees on compliance topics, company policies, and industry standards, tailoring content to meet diverse learning needs.Conduct training needs assessments to identify gaps in knowledge and compliance, developing targeted initiatives to address these areas.Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through assessments and feedback, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.Maintain accurate records of training sessions, participant progress, and compliance documentation in accordance with regulatory requirements.Skills5+ years of experience in training development and compliance within a regulated industry.Advanced working knowledge of compliance regulations and standards relevant to the organization.Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and educate diverse audiences.Proficient in learning management systems (LMS) and other training delivery tools.QualificationsYears of experience: 5 yearsExperience level: ExperiencedEducation: Bachelors (required)Randstad is a world leader in matching great people with great companies.
