What you'll do… Work with our growing training team to empower educators to help students create their successful futuresDeliver online training sessions, both live and recorded to our clients by thoroughly understanding their needs and demonstrating how they can make more of an impact on the lives (futures) of the students they serveConduct on-site training for clients across North America with with up to 50% travel over the course of the yearFacilitate multi-part virtual workshopsCollaborate with a cross-functional team of success managers, onboarding managers, and support staff to ensure schools successfully adopt XelloDevelop a variety of outlines and training materials, including brand-compliant decks for training sessionsSupport evaluation training approaches and monitor key training metricsHelp create best-practices and commit to continuously improving our training offerings as part of the customer journeyStay on top of product and resource updatesHandle scheduling and administration of training sessions, both online and in-person What we're looking for…  1-3 years experience working in a Texas public school district or corporate training environment with knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional techniquesCandidates are required to be located in CST or MST time zones, with preference to residing in TexasExperience and comfort with CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce) and Google SuiteBilingual in Spanish or French is an assetExperience working with SaaS or education technology industry (nice to have)Driver's license requiredAbility to travel across North America preferred We're Xello - Join us!
