Shift : Nights / 7p-7a (12x3) 36 hours per week, plus call

Length :13 weeks
Will be required to take some call shifts 24 hours in duration
Requirements:
AZ license
3 years experience
BLS
ACLS
EMR: Meditech 6.0 experience preferred
Other Details:

100 Mile Radius Rule
FLU Vaccine is required - No exemptions
Must be willing to Float to Med Surg at times
