**Job Title:** RN - Progressive Care Unit

**Job Specialty:** Transplant

**Job Duration:** 13-18 weeks

**Shift:** 6:45 PM - 7:15 AM

**Guaranteed Hours:** 36 hours per week

**Experience:** 2+ years of Progressive Care Unit (PCU) experience

**License:** KY License

**Certifications:** ACLS, BLS, NIH

**Must-Have:**
- PCU experience
- Ability to work well with others
- Capability to function at a high level with high acuity patients

**Job Description:**
- Provide care to transplant recovery patients in a mixed acuity setting
- Perform peritoneal dialysis and monitor CVP as necessary
- Care for patients on telemetry
- Utilize equipment such as PCA, chest tube, CVP, Levophed, telemetry, epidurals, tracheostomy, and suctioning
- Work every third weekend; no on-call requirements
- Float as needed to any PCU or Med Surg units
- Adhere to the dress code: Galaxy Blue top, Galaxy Blue or Black pants
