Job Description & Requirements Physical Therapist (PT) - School - (PT - School) StartDate: ASAP Available Shifts: 8 D Pay Rate: $1647.46 - $1898.16 We are partnering with a well-respected School District in Surprise, Arizona that is looking for a highly motivated and passionate Physical Therapist (PT) for an onsite contracted position starting ASAP through the remainder of the school year. Candidates must be willing to support a friendly, positive and professional and work in a fast-paced setting. The client is seeking a candidate available for full-time hours (40 hours / week). School, Early Childhood, or Pediatric Experience is preferred but not required. Caseload is 54 students, a combination of direct and indirect. Age range is pre-school through high school, but the middle school and high school students are mostly indirect. This is a vacant position due to a staff resignation because she moved out of the district. It is an established in person caseload and schedule. We also offer direct mentorship with a department team lead, and we have a vast equipment warehouse of materials and supplies that are available for the OT to use with students.
