In addition to providing excellent care to our patients, they will be able to professionally handle the following:Patient phone callsSchedule ManagementGreeting Patients and Keeping Information Up to DatePatient Treatment Plan Preparation and DiscussionComputer Skills (Dentrix Enterprise preferred)Insurance Benefit Verification and FilingPayments/CollectionsExperience in a dental office is necessary for this position.
