What You Will Be Doing
Working Cases Involving Bad Faith, and Coverage Disputes Depositions, Discover, Document Prep, Motions, Briefs Appearing in Court for Trial Litigation
What You Need For This Position
Must be a member of the California Bar in good standing and should have a minimum of five years of litigation experience.
Should have solid academic credentials from an ABA-approved law school. Strong work ethic, stable work history, oral advocacy, excellent writing, legal research and analytical skills are critically important.
