Identifying high-risk opportunities by leveraging available data points, and driving actions needed for improvement.Traveling to key IBM locations across the US, supporting the Human Resources and business leaders from a labor-readiness perspective.Advising leadership regarding risks and mitigation actions on upcoming projects and corporate initiativesDesigning and delivering labor-related enablement sessions for key stakeholders.Displaying exceptional judgement and strong presence, identifying risks and opportunities, and communicating effectively to influence key decision-makers.This role also includes monitoring outside labor and political developments to effectively advise and influence strategic business decisions.
