Vice President, After Sales & Service

The Director, After-Market Sales & Service is tasked with directing and managing all sales and business development operations for the after-market and services lines of business.
This position is responsible for achieving the company revenue targets, developing key customer relationships and expanding the customer base.
This will include developing and implementing strategies for expanding after-market sales and services for all products within the North American market.
Duties and Responsibilities: Sales Planning Strategy and Implementation Develop annual sales plan and strategies for increasing business and achieving the company's sales goals and objectives.
Utilize market research and competitor analysis to continually improve sales strategies.Direct and manage the short term and long-term business strategies to increase business within multiple product lines.Manage the implementation and execution of sales policies and practices, business strategies and approved distribution strategies.Ensure all communications are coordinated; support sales plan objectives and meet organizational expenditure requirements in conjunction with internal department partners such as the Product Management, Distribution, and Marketing.Business Development Collaborate with North America sales group to expand markets.Identify future industry trends and client contact opportunities.Participate and manage client teams responsible for key account management.Drive service contracts and programs that develop "best in class" service delivery for the company.Oversee the development and execution of key proposals with a long-term relationship-management approach.Research and drive business expansion/collaboration opportunities for after-market sales and service.Develop, in conjunction with senior management, the market strategic plan.Analysis, Reporting & Forecasting Monitor, provide, and present all sales information and KPIs to executive management.Maintain thorough knowledge of critical and relevant market trends and product categories.Oversee and direct the development of proposals and budgets within each business unit.Customer Focus & Relationships Participate in key industry organizations and maintain a high level of visibility by attending trade shows.Travel, as needed, to manage key customer relationships and participate in closing strategic opportunities.Compensation Range: $158,000.00-$189,600.00 Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's (B.A./B.S.)
in Business Administration or Sales/Marketing or a related field from a four-year college or university is required.
A graduate degree in business or a technical field is required.15+ years related after-market sales management work experience within a manufacturing environment preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience.Experience with a growth stage company a plus.Experience working within a global company is a plus but not a requirement.Demonstrated successes working effectively with sales teams is required.Budget management experience is required.Must be a highly engaged leader who is cognizant of the changes in the marketplace.Ability to build consensus and obtain organizational alignment for initiatives is required.A demonstrated track record of influencing priorities and motivating cross-functional partners for support is preferred.Strong prioritization, project management, time management and organizational skills is preferred.Must be a team player that demonstrates a collegial/collaborative working style.Must be action-oriented and responsive in a very fast-paced environment.Must have ability to successfully multi-task.Must be highly customer-centric and focused.This may be a hybrid position so must be able to manage working from home or an off-site location and be able to structure the workday, manage time effectively, and work efficiently with minimal supervision.Qualified applicants must be a U.S. Citizen or Legal Permanent Resident card holder.
