Position Overview:
We are now looking for an accomplished and drivenVice President Commercial Real Estate Vertical. In this position, you will play a key role in developing and aligning our Global Commercial Real Estate strategy for Siemens based on customer goals and their journey towards the next generation of Commercial Real Estate assets. You will collaborate with multiple entities within Siemens to drive business success through a variety of products, digital solutions, and services.
Location: this position can be based in one of our major Siemens Smart Infrastructure locations. Prerequisite is in any case your legal eligibility to work in the United States. No relocation is needed for this role.
You will make an impact by:
Developing a commercial real estate strategy for Siemens based on customer needs and goals and their journey towards the next generation of real estate assets
Co-creating a value proposition for Siemens based on our technology ecosystem with a strong focus on digitalization
Ensuring an integrated marketing and communication capability to drive demand generation and to demonstrate corporate sponsored initiatives
Identifying market potential and gaps and develop growth paths, while working with international teams
Identifying opportunities for business expansion through M&A, new channels and partner driven activity
Leading the collaboration across Solution Architecture, BU Portfolio and marketing to bring compelling value propositions to the market
Serving as the liaison between technology, marketing, and sales to drive business results
Developing the go-to-market strategy (from direct to indirect) and manage the sales budget
Acting as the Siemens overall spokesperson for the industry

Your success is grounded in having these qualifications:
8+ years of experience in the commercial real estate technology field, with a background in technical sales or marketing
A bachelor's degree is required.
2+ years of the smart infrastructure industry, including products and solutions
2+ years of experience developing and managing partnership agreements with key players in the commercial real estate ecosystem
Applicants must be authorized to work in the US without the need for sponsorship now or in the future

Preferred Experience:
Experience working in a global environment, collaborating with senior leaders and adapting to different cultures
Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with collaborators at all levels
Excellent communication and presentation skills in English; knowledge of any additional European language is a plus

The pay range for this position is $250,500-$334,900 with an annual target incentive. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications, and premium geographic location.
