Reporting directly to the CFO, the Vice President, Financial Planning and Analysis will play a pivotal leadership role in driving financial strategy, analytics, and business intelligence across the company. Given the fast-paced, often dynamic nature of Innovid and the media technology industry, this position requires a high degree of creativity, resourcefulness, and adaptability. RESPONSIBILITIES:
Strategic Financial Leadership: Lead the comprehensive budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes for Innovid, partnering closely with the CFO and entire executive leadership team to align financial and strategic goals. Build robust, actionable reporting frameworks to support data-driven decisions and variance analysis. Business Intelligence Leadership: Drive and support Innovid's Business Intelligence strategy, developing integrated reporting tools that elevate data accessibility and insight for all levels of the organization. Lead and Develop: Responsibility for a global team of financial and business intelligence analysts. Ability to serve as a "servant leader" prioritizing the growth and development of the team. Focus on creating development opportunities and creating the next generation of financial leaders. Executive Reporting & Communication: Independently prepare executive/BOD level reports and presentations, providing insights and clear recommendations for senior leadership as well as the board of directors. Communicate financial data in a way that supports strategic decision-making at the highest levels. Public Financial Reporting: Performs ongoing and comprehensive investor focused analysis, including financial metrics and a summary of key messages. Develops and monitors performance metrics for the investor relations function. Instrumental in crafting messaging based on financial results, trends and data insights. Financial Modeling & Analysis: Develop and maintain complex forecasting models, often from the ground up, to support diverse business initiatives and analyze critical areas such as pricing, operational expenses, and revenue growth. Expense Management & Process Improvement:Implement and refine processes for expense management, supporting functional leaders in budget management and cost efficiency. Drive continuous improvement in financial reporting by enhancing tools, including the integration of NetSuite ERP, Adaptive and other BI resources. Cross-functional Collaboration: Build strong, cross-functional relationships across technology, sales, product, and operations, promoting alignment on financial objectives, opportunities, and potential risks. QUALIFICATIONS:
Strong leadership skills with focus on team development Minimum of 6-8+ years of relevant work experience in Finance, preferably within the technology industry Accounting background or experience preferred Robust quantitative skill set and an analytical, intellectually curious mindset that is both data-driven and experience-driven Strong communication skills Ability to work both independently and cross functionally with various global teams Demonstrated ability to multi-task, manage to tight deadlines, and maintain strong detail orientation Advanced Microsoft Office skills required, especially Excel and PowerPoint (or Google Suite equivalent) Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced, dynamic and changing environment Hands-on individual willing to be immersed in all aspects of the finance function EDUCATION AND CERTIFICATIONS: Bachelor's degree (B.S./B.A.) in Accounting or related field WHAT WE OFFER: High visibility role with a tremendous amount of growth potential Competitive compensation package for qualifying employees, which includes: health, dental, and vision insurance. The determination of what a specific employee in this job classification is paid and titled depends on a number of factors, including, but not limited to, prior employment history/job-related knowledge, qualifications and skills, length of service, and geographic location.
