This Vice President position will report to an Executive Director within the Fraud Operations group and will work closely with partners and stakeholders to deliver strategic initiatives. The primary objective is to improve & modernize our detective and investigative tooling that will increase efficiency, expand coverage, and mitigate risk. Responsibilities include process analysis, product ownership, process reengineering and platform integration.

Responsibilities:
Provide Product Owner Leadership, Business Analysis and Subject Matter Expertise to deliver enhanced and streamlined capabilities spanning both internal and external fraud .
Lead projects and direct partners across Technology, Operations, Legal, Risk, and Compliance throughout various project life cycles to ensure alignment and cohesiveness.
Analysis of large data sets to inform business decisions and prioritization
Gather and create business requirements/user stories for enhanced and streamlined processes through feedback gathering from key constituents
Lead internal and external audit engagements, as needed.
Perform other miscellaneous project leadership activities as directed by designated officer

Must be highly motivated and an independent leader with a strong work ethic.
Experience in Internal (employee) and External Fraud, Fraud Risk Management, AML, and cyber preferred
Experience analyzing large data sets to inform business decisions and drive prioritization
Experience leading/managing people preferred but not required
Prior business analyst and leadership skills required.
Strong written and verbal communication skills in both business and technical contexts.
Strong analytical, process-oriented, user experience, problem-solving/issues-resolution skills.
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and excellent follow up skills
Be able to work in a strong team and high activity environment where the sharing of ideas and talents is encouraged and welcomed.
Ability to work independently in a fast paced & deadline-driven environment.
Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint required.
Experience with Agile methodology and associated tools including JIRA preferred.
BA or BS preferred, but not required.
Minimum 10 years of experience

Expected base pay rates for the role will be between $140,000 and $200,000 per year at the commencement of employment. However, base pay if hired will be determined on an individualized basis and is only part of the total compensation package, which, depending on the position, may also include commission earnings, incentive compensation, discretionary bonuses, other short and long-term incentive packages, and other Morgan Stanley sponsored benefit programs.
