They are responsible for sourcing and managing relationships with both local and national channel partners, leveraging firm-wide resources to support these initiatives.
By identifying industry and company coverage opportunities, they help align strategies with the firm's objectives.
Please note - this role will be based in Austin, TX or Minneapolis, MN, and require 4 days per week in the local office. Key Responsibilities Source and Manage Channel Partners: Identify, facilitate, and oversee relationships with both local and national channel partners.Leverage Firm Resources: Utilize firm-wide channels and coverage networks to support partnership initiatives.Identify Growth Opportunities: Pinpoint industry and company coverage opportunities that align with and enhance the firm's business objectives.Strategize and Execute Coverage Plans: Develop and implement targeted strategies for industry, regional, and company coverage in collaboration with a Managing Director.Communicate Insights Effectively: Share industry and company insights through thought leadership, conference participation, publications, and direct engagement.Data-Driven Outreach: Analyze data to inform and refine outreach strategies.Cold-Calling Strategy: Maintain a targeted cold-calling strategy under the guidance of a Managing Director and SVPCollaborate on Scripts: Work closely with industry teams to create and refine scripts in coordination with coverage analysts and associates.Support Industry Events: Partner with industry teams to coordinate firm-sponsored conferences and dinners.Apply Strategic Thinking: Utilize critical thinking, financial expertise, and market insights in day-to-day responsibilities.Team Management: Oversee and mentor Associates and Analysts, ensuring their tasks are aligned with team objectives.Team Player: Must be a team player and collaborative. The base salary range for this job is $160,000 – $190,000.
In addition to the base salary, we provide an annual discretionary bonus based on individual and firm performance.
