Job Description

Cielo Executive Search is seeking an accomplished and visionary Vice President, North American Sales, Packaging to drive strategic growth initiatives for our Confidential Client. In this pivotal role, you will spearhead the development and execution of a winning sales strategy for the Client's $1.2 billion North America Protective business. As a transformational leader, you will champion a caring, high-performance, growth-oriented culture, empowering your team to achieve ambitious financial, operational, and people development objectives.

Qualifications

In this role you will accelerate profitable top-line growth by leading a high-performing team of 180+ sales professionals across various functions, including Field Sales, National Accounts, Customer Service, and Technical Service. You will develop and implement an innovative, action-oriented sales strategy to optimize resource deployment, cultivate new sales approaches, and penetrate new market segments. Additionally, you will attract and retain top talent to build a world-class sales organization.

As an engaged change champion, you will proactively advocate for change, remove barriers before they become obstacles, and facilitate thoughtful conversations to help your team understand the benefits of being solution creators versus problem solvers. You will drive transformation through growth by accelerating the Client's automation, sustainability, and digital initiatives to expand their product offerings over the next five years.

Education

A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is required for this role.

Certifications

While not mandatory, relevant industry certifications or professional development courses are highly desirable.
