The successful candidate will be responsible for defining the strategic direction of the product, including its core platform and UI/UX, and will lead a team of high-performance engineers and product managers.
This role requires a visionary with exemplary technical depth, IT domain expertise, and a passion for product and engineering excellence.
The VP Product will work closely with the CPO and other stakeholders to ensure that the product strategy is aligned with the company's business objectives and will be instrumental in bringing new, modern, cloud-based enterprise services to market.
Candidates for the VP Product role at the company should have an advanced degree in a technical or business discipline, with at least 15 years of product and technology leadership experience.
A strong background in ITOM, ITSM, or related infrastructure monitoring technologies is essential, as is extensive experience with large-scale cloud architecture, AI/ML, application, network infrastructure, and data center management software.
The role demands a proven track record in leading cross-functional teams, a solid understanding of platform engineering best practices, and operational familiarity with next-generation SDLC methodologies.
