We're seeking a future team member for the role of Vice President to join our Enterprise Sourcing Office. This role is located in Pune - HYBRID.
Overview Of Job Function

The Contract Operations Vice President plays a key role in BNY's Enterprise Sourcing Office (ESO). The ESO manages third-party related activities under one global framework across BNY.
This role is responsible for driving the development and ongoing support of ESO's end-to-end process and technology stack. This includes working with internal and external stakeholders to drive technical and functional improvements to the program. In addition, this resource will work with end-users to develop business requirements for technological or procedural enhancements, oversee User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and ensure effective delivery of enhancements.
The Contract Operations Vice President will be responsible for representing ESO among various BNY Groups, including Procurement, Risk Assessment, Governance, Policy, Legal, Business Resiliency, and others.
Principal Duties and Essential Responsibilities Coordinate with business and technical stakeholders to deliver technology solutions across enterprise systems (Ivalua Source-to-Pay, IHS Markit KY3P, SirionLabs, RSA Archer GRC, ServiceNow GRC). Manage operational and system support team, responsible for resolving end-user queries, technical issues, and system defects. Support and coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) among technical and business teams; developing test scripts, acceptance criteria, and backout plans. Monitor and collaborate with end users and stakeholders to continually drive improvements to the program's systems and processes. Partner with corporate technology and reporting teams to ensure consistent data and processes to enable effective integration with reporting platforms (Tableau, PowerBI). Dexterity in problem-solving complex workflow inquiries and process related questions from customers in various programs. To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following: Bachelor's Degree in business, supply chain management, finance, technology, or related field, or equivalent work experience. Five to seven years applicable experience preferred. Knowledge of procurement and governance, risk, compliance (GRC) platforms including RSA Archer, Ivalua, SirionLabs, ServiceNow GRC preferred. High proficiency in MS Excel (compare/contrast/Vlookups, dashboards), MS PowerPoint, MS Word, and SharePoint. Outstanding interpersonal, communication, and writing skills, with the ability to engage at all levels within the organization, including senior management, as well as with suppliers. Highly organized individual, with excellent time management skills and the flexibility to handle multiple projects. Ability to start and finish tasks with minimal management oversight and maintain a positive attitude. Highly proficient in MS Office Suite. At BNY, our culture speaks for itself.
