This position is a vital part of cross functional visibility and organization of program documentation; including but not limited to driving all admin needs pertaining to finance and fixture tracking as well as product white box samples.
\n Responsibilities:Lead the creation of direct purchase orders for warehouse and receiving visibility in SAP, including reporting as needed. Collaborate with cross functional teams to create new promotional display item numbers. Maintain active purchase order and ongoing miscellaneous reporting with the Program Manager. Oversee weekly administrative updates for the fixture team in Air Table, including collecting and tracking pertinent information as needed. Track and own new seasonal white box sample shipments to vendors.Assist in consolidating monthly logistics tracking with the Program Manager. Tracking file uploads to box and upkeep of new tracking documents on a weekly basis. Requirements:3+ years of managing interpersonal relations within a work environmentExcellent Microsoft office suite knowledge, with specific focus on excel and PowerPoint Detail oriented, ability to work on multiple projects at once Ability to work in a tight, fast-paced environmentAbility to work in a team and independently Can do positive attitude Passionate about developing and maintaining relationshipsSAP KnowledgeAir table Knowledge
