Bachelors degree in relevant major such as Telecommunications, Computer Science, Information systems, etc.
5+ years IT experience in the field of VOIP/ IP telephony.
5+ years experience in Cisco UC Manager / Call Manager (CUCM).
5+ years experience in Cisco Unity / Cisco Unity Connection (CUC).
3+ Cisco IM & Presence Server (IM&P) / Cisco Jabber.
3+ years experience in Cisco Contact Center UCCX or UCCE.
3+ years experience with Cisco Webex Cloud technology WxC and WxCC.
Experience with Calabrio Call recording.
Experience with Voice IOS Gateways with H.323, MGCP.
Experience with Cisco Emergency Responder (CER) and Cisco Expressway.
Experience with Cisco Unified Border Element (CUBE) and SIP Trunking.
Familiar with LAN/WAN technologies and IP Addressing.
