Datacentrix in Cape Town is looking for a Voice Engineer with VoIPNow, 3CX, Yeastar, Mitel PABX experience as well as Yealink, Snom handset experience. Must have hands-on experience in configuration and maintenance of Session Border Controllers. Asterisk experience is essential.
Critical Requirements - Skills, Experience & QualificationsIT related degree or minimum of 5 years IT experience configuring, installing and troubleshooting network and SIP/VoIP Services and Telephony equipment.Hands-on, in-depth experience in prepping, configuration, installation, troubleshooting of VoIP PBX's and handset equipment.Previous Telephony experience in vendors such as Porta One, VoIPnow, Asterisk, 3CX, Yeastar, PhonEX One and Voip Monitor.Experience and understanding of the following Technologies: Routing and switching – LAN, WAN, VLANs, Layer 2 and 3, QoS.VoIP and Session Border Controller solutions.Ability to spec, install, configure and mentor junior resources on Porta One, VoIPnow, Asterisk, 3CX, Yeastar, PhonEX One and Voip Monitor will be advantageous.Valid Driver's License and own vehicle.
