VP, Business Analytics Ld Analyst - Systemic Tester
Citi's United States Personal Bank (USPB) has a unique opportunity to leverage its consumer relationships, customer base, footprint, state of the art technology and leading consumer banking position to deliver customer value in a targeted and impactful way. We are seeking to hire a VP, Cards Pricing Strategy & Analytics to be part of the USPB Cards Pricing and Statement Operations team.
TheVP, Business Analytics Ld Analyst - Systemic Testerwill be responsible for developing pricing test strategies, coordinating testing activities and driving successful implementation of critical initiatives. This individual will coordinate testing efforts across multiple lines of business including Pricing, Payments, Lending and Statement Operations. This role will partner with technology counterparts from multiple development areas to ensure successful execution of the project requirements both prior to implementation as well as post implementation.
Responsibilities:
Work closely with technology partners to perform validation on Pricing initiatives
Develops validation strategies and executes these strategies to ensure successful project implementation
Identifies possible technology solutions, and provides insights to enhance business decision making capability in business planning, process improvement, solution assessment etc.
Execute analytical forecasting for potential initiatives as business needs arise
Recommends actions for future developments & strategic business opportunities, as well as enhancements to pricing policies
May be involved in exploratory technology analysis, confirmatory analysis and/or qualitative analysis
Translate technology options into possible solutions to drive implementation of pricing strategies, and communicate clearly and effectively to business partners and senior leaders all findings
Work closely with internal and external business partners in building, implementing, and improving pricing strategies with a focus on validation
Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.
Qualifications:
5+ years of experience
Experience in financial services (pricing experience a plus)
Ability in strategic thinking and the ability to frame business problems
Problem solving, root cause analysis skills required
Strong technical skills (SAS Programming, SQL, UNIX)
Systems Testing/validation expertise required
Ability to communicate technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences required

$113,840.00 - $170,760.00
