We create spaces to empower everyone to speak up, make change, and drive the culture at AHEAD.  We are an equal opportunity employer, and do not discriminate based on an individual's race, national origin, color, gender, gender identity, gender expression, sexual orientation, religion, age, disability, marital status, or any other protected characteristic under applicable law, whether actual or perceived.  We embrace all candidates that will contribute to the diversification and enrichment of ideas and perspectives at AHEAD.  The Regional Vice President of Technical Sales is an executive level position responsible for regional day-to-day operations and leadership of AHEAD's technical sales organization.   The role is responsible for establishing and maintaining a high performing and positive technical selling environment that creates the best outcomes for our clients, employees, and partners.   AHEADS technical sales team include CSEs, field CTOs, Lab technical and briefing center staff.   All are experts that collaborate with our AHEAD Account Teams to help identify, qualify, and build solutions that support our customers.   The Regional Vice President of Technical Sales responsibilities include working closely with the Regional Sales EVPs and Regional Managing Directors to drive sales campaigns focused on our portfolio of products and services, creating awareness of AHEAD's solutions and services that integrate with our key partners at the executive level.  The Regional Vice President of Technical Sales works with current and prospective customers to determine how AHEAD can best serve their initiatives working cross functionally with other departments within AHEAD.  
\n ResponsibilitiesLeads the AHEAD Technical Sales organization Collaborates with the AHEAD Executive sales leadership to assist in the development and execution of sales plays leveraging our Pre-Sales Specialists and services portfolio  Positions Executive / Technical Briefings and Lab Demonstrations with customers and partners to showcase AHEAD'S capabilities  Provides ongoing coaching and professional development to the team in order to enhance their solution knowledge, technical acumen, and pre-sales skill sets  Drives career development (External Training / Internal Career Roadmap)Builds executive level relationships with our key partners and their associated field leadership teams  Fosters and maintains key relationships with our customer stakeholders and project sponsors Manages the key metrics by which to measure the progress  Collaborate with the other TSS executives to ensure continuity between Pre-Sales, Delivery and our clients QualificationsFour year college degree from an accredited institution, Master in Business Administration or equivalent preferred Minimum fifteen years of sales management experience in a business-to-business sales environmentAt least 5 years of executive level experience leading technical selling teamsExceptional written and verbal communication skillsExceptional leadership skills
