Vice President, Contract Logistics Business Development

is a key role within the Contract Logistics team and will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities to increase revenue, market share and profitability.
What you'll do:

Managing Business Development Operations within 6-Facilities in So. California and 1-facility in Georgia and expanding within the U.S. National Logistics Market
Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
Assist in preparing and presenting proposals to clients.
Strong Microsoft Office/Excel Skills: Ability to create pricing models and proposals, pro-forma models, and pivot tables.
Strong Administration and Organizational Skills-Attention to detail
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Retail and Food Grade Logistics experience preferred.

What you'll have:

5 to 10 years of experience in Contract Logistics Business Development Roles
Bachelor's Degree Preferred in Business Administration, Logistics, or related field.
Ability to analyze data, identify trends and make informed decisions.
Strong Customer Service and commitment to providing exceptional service.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Travel: Up to 25%
