About the Role We're looking for a VP of Performance Marketing to take charge of our paid media strategy, with a primary focus on Meta platforms. You'll own the end-to-end execution of high-budget campaigns, analyze performance metrics, and continuously innovate to ensure we're getting the best results possible. Key Responsibilities Own the Playbook: Lead the strategy, execution, and optimization of Meta campaigns, ensuring maximum ROI and achieving cost-per-acquisition (CPA) targets.Scale Big: Drive $30MM+ in annual ad spend across multiple states, legal case types, and platforms, including Google, TikTok, and YouTube.Optimize Performance: Analyze campaign performance, conduct A/B testing, and use advanced tools like Meta Ads Manager and Conversion API (CAPI) to refine targeting and bidding strategies.Shape the Funnel: Work closely with the executive team to optimize the client acquisition funnel and improve lead conversion rates.Innovate Continuously: Identify and test new ad formats, tools, and audience segments to stay ahead of industry trends.Be Hands-On: While this is a strategic role, you'll also dive into campaign details, ensuring excellence at every level. What We're Looking For Experience: 10+ years in performance marketing with a proven track record of managing high-budget campaigns, specifically on Meta platforms.Expertise: Deep knowledge of Meta Ads Manager, audience segmentation, A/B testing, and scaling campaigns. Familiarity with other platforms like Google Ads, TikTok, and YouTube is a plus.Data-Driven: Strong analytical skills with a focus on interpreting campaign metrics (CPA, ROAS, CTR) and using data to drive decisions.Ownership: Someone who thrives in a high-growth environment and isn't afraid to take the lead in making big decisions.Creativity Meets Execution: A mix of strategic thinking and hands-on execution.
