Verivest is a tech-forward real estate fund administration firm empowering and enabling fund managers to deliver a superior investment experience for their investors. Founded in 2017, we saw an opportunity to provide specialized fund administration services to middle market real estate investment managers, who are generally outpriced and underserved in the fund admin space. By leveraging our 30+ years of experience in the real estate space, and $3B in Assets Under Administration, we deliver a wealth of industry specific knowledge and a proven track record to our clients.
