As the VP Sales, you will be a key driver in propelling our sales strategy and execution to new heights. This leadership role requires a dynamic individual with a strategic mindset and the ability to inspire and manage a high-performing sales team. You will be responsible for leading sales initiatives, driving revenue growth, and fostering strong relationships with key stakeholders. This is a people manager role, where your leadership will be crucial in developing and mentoring a team of sales professionals.
This role will be based in Chicago, US.

As our new VP Sales, you'll have the opportunity to: Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve business objectives and revenue targets.Lead, mentor, and manage a team of sales professionals to exceed sales goals and performance metrics.Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand market share and drive growth.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales strategies with overall company goals.Analyze sales data and market trends to make informed business decisions and provide strategic recommendations.Oversee the development of sales training programs to enhance the skills and performance of the sales team.Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and client meetings to promote our brand and services. You'll have: Proven leadership experience in sales, with a track record of driving revenue growth and achieving sales targets.Strong strategic thinking and planning skills, with the ability to translate strategy into actionable plans.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.Experience in managing and developing high-performing sales teams.Ability to analyze market trends and sales data to make informed business decisions.Proficiency in sales tools and CRM software.Strong negotiation and presentation skills.A results-oriented mindset with a passion for achieving excellence.10+ years in media / sponsorship sales experience 4+ years in management Must be based in "Chicago", willing to travel.
