He/she will lead the overall growth strategy, product development, strategic planning and success of the Skip Hop brand.

This leader must have a strong emphasis on quality, design, and functionality while:
+ Playing a pivotal role leading our efforts to conceptualize, develop, and bring to market a diverse range of baby durables and infant toys
+ Being responsible for overseeing all aspects of product development and design, ensuring that our offerings meet and exceed customer expectations while aligning with company goals and industry trend
Having a proven, successful track record with:
+ Product Strategy and innovation that drive growth:
+ Develop and execute a comprehensive product strategy aligned with company objectives and market demands
+ Drive innovation through continuous research, consumer insights, and competitive analysis to identify new product opportunities
+ Adhere to timelines, budgets, and quality standards throughout the development process
+ Excellent understanding of design principles, manufacturing processes, and safety standards applicable to baby products
+ Strategic thinker with a deep understanding of market trends, consumer behavior, and competitive landscape
+ The successful candidate will be a collaborative, diplomatic and inspiring leader, this individual will not only develop and motivate the Skip Hop team, he/she will also serve as a passionate brand ambassador both internally and in the external marketplace.

This new leader will focus on the following key areas:
+ Drive a compelling vision and strategy for the growth of the Skip Hop brand
+ Exceed profitability targets by determining the right mix between driving top line revenue and controlling SG&A
+ Lead a team in a global, highly matrixed structure where influencing skills are critical
+ Define and execute a long-range plan and product strategy leveraging product learnings and customer feedback
+ Foster a culture of creativity, collaboration, and accountability within the product development department
+ Manage a P&L, using strategies in Design, Merchandising, Sales, Marketing and Operations, to maximize sales and optimize inventory
+ Manage key relationships with Production and Sourcing partners to deliver high quality, safe, cost effective and aesthetically accurate product
+ Build and ensure consistent brand image through the consumer experience online, in stores and through our wholesale partnerships.

Base salary for this position ranges from $250,000 - $350,000 annually based on experience
