Responsibilities Pre-Authorization of repairsAnswering phone calls/emailsCommunicating with VendorsReporting Warranty trendsQualifications Attention to detail and accuracyIntermediate computer skills, familiar with Microsoft Office programsPrefer a certain familiarity or general knowledge of RV parts, or an understanding of electrical/technical systemsMust have excellent written and verbal communication skillsA desire to provide extraordinary customer service to the dealer/customer networkAble to work within a group and transition between responsibilities givenWillingness to learn many different components of a RVForest River offers a stable work environment that is fast-paced.
