Water Resources Project Manager

Daily Duties
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include overseeing the scope, budget, and staffing of water resources projects, fostering strong relationships with existing and new clients, and contributing to the growth of our water resources project portfolio. You'll also be involved in pursuing project funding, preparing proposals and client communications, and generating designs that adhere to the latest industry standards.

Qualifications
To be considered for this role, you should hold a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field from an ABET-accredited program, be a registered Professional Engineer in Indiana, Kentucky, or Ohio, and have a minimum of 7 years of experience in designing water resource projects. Experience in project management and leading teams, as well as a background in public sector design projects, is essential.
Desired Skills and Competencies
We're looking for someone with a strong service orientation, excellent time management skills, and a meticulous attention to detail. The ability to solve complex problems, effectively communicate with internal teams and clients, and a thorough understanding of relevant codes and design requirements are key. Proficiency in MicroStation/AutoCAD Civil 3D, ArcGIS, various water resources software modeling packages, and Microsoft Office is preferred.
