Global Life Science Hub is in collaboration with an innovative biopharmaceutical company leading advancements in cutting-edge drug delivery technologies. Following two recent FDA approvals, they are gearing up for substantial growth. By 2025, they will launch new internal manufacturing facilities that will triple their production capacity as they seek their 3rd approval.
To support their next phase of growth, we are searching for an experienced water systems operator and technician. The appointed candidate will be responsible for operating and maintaining water systems, including pre-treatment plants and WFI generators, ensuring compliance with cGMP regulations.
Responsibilities: Performs other functions as required or assigned.Complies with all company policies and standards.Good knowledge of water system Pretreatment plant/DI-EDI water/WFI Generator/WFI storage and distribution system.Good knowledge of utility and water system.Experience in operating water system, sanitization, sterilization, passivation activity.Capable of performing work in the mechanical, pipefitting, or plumbing trades.Detail oriented and able to complete any required documentation.Use basic hand tools.Must be able to read, write and utilize drawings, mathematics, formulas.Read mechanical schematics and piping diagrams P&ID's.Must be able to work in a clean room environment.Candidate must possess basic computer skills.Must have ability to communicate both orally and in writing in a clear manner.Experience/Qualifications: Technical Certificate in Mechanics or related experience.Associate or bachelor's degree in Mechanics preferred.3-5+ years in plant or equipment maintenance, with experience in a pharmaceutical manufacturing environment preferred.Good knowledge of GMP regulations.Apply:
