Web Analytics Internship (Remote Eligible)

*This role is eligible to be performed remotely, however, if you reside within 60 miles of Lands' End's offices in Dodgeville, WI or New York, NY, you will be expected to collaborate onsite in a hybrid fashion for up to 12 days per month.

As an intern, you will join over 5,000 talented individuals who are leaders, critical thinkers, accountable, curious, flexible and results-minded all driving toward the same goal - to delight customers and drive sales through multiple channels.
In addition, you will join a diverse group of individuals from a variety of colleges, universities and areas of study.

Participants in our program receive one-on-one mentorship while working alongside seasoned Data Analytics professionals.
You will work with the team to develop and provide analysis and identify opportunities for innovation, efficiency and productivity.
We will look to you to share your ideas and recommendations.
The Intern experience at Lands' End is a comprehensive development-based role, designed to facilitate a robust Data Analytics career path.
Interns will be immersed and integrated in the various functions of Data Analytics and understand the factors that contribute to the broader scope of Data Analytics while gaining valuable hands-on experience in skill competency areas.

Responsibilities Support Digital Marketing, Digital Merchandising and additional internal teams with regular reporting, ad hoc analysis, and deep-dive projects.Ensure accurate implementation of data collection requirements by executing quality assurance procedures.Train associates to access and use digital analytics to make smarter business decisions.
Leverage multiple data sources to generate insights and provide recommendations to improve the customer experience and generate revenue.Critical to your success will be the ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, analytical findings as well as technical requirements.Qualifications Pursuing a degree in IT, analytics, data science, mathematics, or related fieldAnalytical and problem-solving skillsWritten and verbal communication skillsSQL, Python or other programming experienceAdobe and/or Google Analytics experienceProficient/advanced in Microsoft ExcelAbility to work independently
