As an IBM.com Web Analystyou will analyze website data, extract insights, and providing actionable recommendations to improve the web experience.
Responsibilities:
Utilize Adobe Analytics to monitor, measure, and analyze website traffic, user behavior, and performance metrics.
Develop and maintain custom reports, dashboards, and data visualizations to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
Conduct in-depth analysis of website traffic patterns, user interactions, conversion funnels, and customer journeys to identify areas for optimization and improvement.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, product, and design to implement data-driven strategies and initiatives to enhance website effectiveness and user experience.
Monitor and report on the effectiveness of digital marketing campaigns, including email marketing, social media, and paid advertising, and provide recommendations for optimization.
Stay current with industry trends, best practices, and new technologies in web analytics and digital marketing.
This is a Hybrid role; attendance at the office is currently required only 3 times per week.
