We are actively searching for an accomplished and dynamic Talent Access Product Analyst to join our Corporate Technology and Data team at Kenvue. As a key contributor to our team, you will lead the implementation and ongoing configuration of Kenvue's Applicant Tracking System and supporting technologies. Your expertise will be pivotal to ensuring a successful transition and ongoing optimization of our Talent Access tools and technology. You will collaborate closely with business users and cross-functional teams to define technical requirements to achieve business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities Lead and oversee the workforce intelligence project activities.Create and manage projects for people listening and people analytics platforms.Work closely with HR partners, understand business requirements, evaluate needs, and propose solutions.Serve as subject matter expert (SME) in Data analysis, HR reports, Advanced Analytics, Data Quality & providing guidance to the team and stakeholders.Collaborate with business users and project managers to define technical requirements and identify technology enablers that support continuous improvement within business processes.Develop task estimates, activity plans, forecasts, and project estimates associated with assigned functional area(s) and track system development and improvements.Support the HR partners, HR tools, and implementation of new capabilities and enhancements.Conduct regular assessments to ensure people listening, analytics, and related systems, data, flows, and processes remain in compliance with Kenvue and relevant regulations and standards.What we are looking for Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, or related field; advanced degree or relevant certifications are a plus.Proven relevant experience (4+ years) working with Data Analytics tools, Survey/listening tools (like Qualtrics), Project Management tools like JIRA, Confluence.Overall, 6-8 years of experience in HR space, Workforce analytics, planning, Data analysis, Project management tools, SQL, Tableau, PowerBI or related technologies.Hands-on experience in project management tools.Hands-on experience in SQL, Python, Databases (Snowflake, Postgres, SQL), Integrations (sFTP, API, OAuth..).Hands-on experience in ETL and scheduler platforms (IICS, Datacoves, Airflow or similar).Hands-on experience in developing and managing analytics using Tableau, PowerBI or other tools.Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data.Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to investigate complex system problems to identify causes for shortfalls, user needs, and corollary factors.Ability to think creatively and identify innovative solutions.Hands-on experience with Workday reports, SaaS analytics, data-driven analysis, and solution design.Project/Program Management experience; ability to develop task estimates, activity plans, forecasts, and project estimates associated with assigned functional area(s) and track activities.Hands-on experience in HR IT operations, HR analytics, and reporting platforms is a plus.Kenvue is an Affirmative Action and Equal Opportunity Employer.
