Position Overview: The Project Controller oversees projects by providing centralized organization, communication, and financial controls.
Responsibilities:
Manages the financial services for designated clients or projects.
Performs financial research, manages the projects financials, and monitors cash flow.
Reviews all project documents to ensure cost, schedule, and terms are met for audit compliance.
Provides centralized organization and communication for all participants.
Ensures any contract changes, such as financial, product, and schedule, are agreed upon, executed, and documented.
Maintains the accounts and ledger of each project.
Finalizes all forecasts, reviews final costs, and closes out the project.
Review and approve all purchasing for project materials and services Qualifications:
Bachelors degree or related industry experience in a finance-related field, such as accounting, finance, business administration, or economics Experience in the material handling industry a plus Contract administration or accounting experience preferred.
Ability to communicate with multiple parties in a changing environment.
Knowledge of vendor relationship management MS Office skills with strong Excel skills; Microsoft Project a plus Knowledge of Engineering Support, Project Management, or Purchasing preferred Knowledge of SOX or JSOX preferred.
Knowledge of SAP a plus Excellent organization skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills Team oriented and collaborative.
Self-motivated and detail-oriented Ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities and multi-task.
