Position Overview: As an Administrative Assistant at Laundromutt, you will play a crucial role in supporting our operations and ensuring the smooth functioning of our daily activities. Key Responsibilities: Administrative Support: Provide comprehensive administrative support to various departments, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and organizing travel arrangements. Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documentation as required. Communication: Serve as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, responding to inquiries and directing them to the appropriate personnel. Maintain effective communication channels within the team and with clients, ensuring timely and accurate information flow. Data Management: Organize and maintain electronic and physical filing systems, ensuring that documents are easily accessible and up-to-date. Assist in data entry and management, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality of sensitive information. Project Coordination: Support project management efforts by tracking deadlines, coordinating tasks, and ensuring that team members are informed of their responsibilities. Participate in team meetings, taking minutes and following up on action items as needed. Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to clients and partners, addressing their needs and concerns with professionalism and courtesy. Assist in resolving issues and finding solutions to enhance the overall customer experience. Office Management: Help maintain a clean and organized office environment, ensuring that supplies are stocked and equipment is functioning properly. Collaborate with team members to create a positive and productive workplace culture. Qualifications: Experience: Entry-level to senior-level candidates are encouraged to apply. Relevant experience in administrative support or a related field is a plus. Education: A high school diploma or equivalent is required; a degree in business administration or a related field is preferred. Personality Traits: Hardworking and adaptable, with a willingness to take on new challenges and learn from experiences.
