### Key Requirements
- **Education:**
- High school diploma or equivalent; pursuing or possessing a degree in Business Administration or a related field is a plus.
- **Experience:**

- **Technical Skills:**
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and comfortable learning new software tools.
