Job Description The Position The Associate Director of Samples and Voucher Operations would oversee the US operational management and distribution of Samples and Voucher programs for Organon. In this role, you will be responsible for working with key stakeholders such as brand marketing, 3rd Parties, market access, business technology, sales operations team, finance, compliance and legal to manage the end-to-end operations of samples and voucher program inventory, distribution and compliance. You will also develop and implement strategies to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of sample and voucher programs, while ensuring that all activities align with company policies and external regulations. This role will report into the US Director of Marketing and Sales Operations.
Responsibilities Oversee the relationship with our samples/voucher 3rd party who is responsible for logistics and distribution. Transition current programs and inventory to new 3rd party partner(s). Critical thinking to help evolve and create efficiencies to our current processes. Leverage innovation with 3rd party partners or learnings from industry to help us evolve. Responsible for updating and maintaining any SOPs or other related documents as needed. Collaborate with marketing, market access, compliance, and legal to align sample and voucher strategies with overall business goals. Responsible for quickly resolving field or vendor issues related to samples and voucher programs. Partner with brands to align on sample/voucher allocations. Ensure allocations are entered into the system correctly and communicate ongoing inventory levels with brands. Ensure compliance with company policies including the accurate tracking and reporting of samples and voucher usage. Budget management for samples and voucher operations: SOW alignment and PO management and monthly budget reconciliation. Provide support as needed for the creation of training materials and execution of training for new programs, new sales representatives, modification to programs. Manage contractor(s) supporting the business. Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for improving samples and voucher operations. Required Education, Experience and Skills Bachelor's degree. Not mandatory but experience in working with sample and voucher programs or sample and voucher operations. Ability to leverage data or evaluate processes to create efficiencies and champion change. Experience working in an area and industry that has industry and compliance regulations. Strong project management skills. Strong communication and collaboration skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously. Self-motivated and having a company start-up mentality. Annualized Salary Range (US) $112,200.00 - $191,100.00
