Our Oxford Associate Worship Pastor/Minister will work in partnership with the Campus Worship Pastor to lead the worship and technical teams for Pinelake Oxford's campus. As a leader, this person will assist in the development, implementation, direction, and promotion of a Worship Ministry that is relevant to both the Pinelake Oxford congregation and to the wider community. The Associate Worship Pastor/Minister will serve as the primary worship leader for PL College services, PL Students UNITED services and other services as appropriate. This person will be responsible for the spiritual health and musical development of the teams within his/her care.

We'll connect quickly if you are: A multi-tasking team player with high energy, strong interpersonal skills, and a positive attitude;A spiritual shepherd with a desire to raise up others;An excellent communicator of vision, mission, and values; and,Proven as a leader with experience leading and developing servant leaders in the College Worship Ministry, which may include vocalists, band members, and production support teams. To lead efficiently with us, you must: Illustrate effectiveness in leading worship from a primary instrument;Believe wholeheartedly that the role of a pastor is to equip others to lead out in ministry by recruiting, training, and building a worship team; and,Provide a highlight reel of you leading worship from the stage. It would be incredible if you: Have technical experience in Ableton programming; and,Possess a working knowledge of ProPresenter and Jands Vista. Educational requirements: Bachelor's degree and two to four years of related experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
PINELAKE'S STORY: The story of Pinelake Church began in February of 1971 in Brandon, Mississippi, in a mobile chapel in a rural area near The Reservoir. By God's grace and power, our faith family has grown into a dynamic church spanning five cities throughout our state -- Clinton, Madison, Oxford, the Reservoir, and Starkville. Weekly, we serve over 11,000 people, but we celebrate stories of life change one person at a time.
OXFORD CAMPUS: The home of Ole Miss and right next door to Northeast Mississippi Community College, over 25,000 students call the Oxford area home! We launched our Oxford campus in 2015 and God has added to our footprint every year. Pinelake Oxford exists to see lives transformed. It's a place where college students, professors, families, and people from all over the area can come together and celebrate what God is doing right here and right now.
