Position Overview:

Responsibilities:
Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
As an Agent Team Member, you will receive Hourly pay plus commission/bonus

Compensation: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour

We help customers with their insurance and financial services needs, including Auto Insurance, Home Insurance, Life Insurance, Retirement Planning, Business Insurance, College Planning, and Renters Insurance.
Our office is located in Boston NY, 3 miles south of Hamburg NY.
Our office is open Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm, Saturday and evenings by appointments.
I have been a State Farm agent since 2002.
Before becoming a State Farm Agent, I was previously employed as a State Farm Agent Team Member.
We currently have 2 team members at our agency.
