Job Description

Retail Marketing Manager responsible for developing, implementing, and managing marketing campaigns to promote an organization and its services, grow demand, and enhance brand awareness.

Job Responsibilities

• Define the vision, strategy, and implementation of digital marketing and ensure the department is heading in the right direction

• Identify and evaluate new digital technologies and apply them to daily operation

• Manage and develop reporting and analysis processes

• Working with other departments to ensure reporting requirements are achieved

• Measure site traffic to optimize user experience by using analytics tools

• Improve brand recognition and trust, as well as drive purchase intent

• Analyse marketing and campaign performance and provide recommendations for effectiveness and optimization

• Prepare reports with data analysis of problem-solving and identify and maximize promotion and exposure opportunities

• Collaborate with designers to optimize the website and its presentation

• Attentiveness to the latest trends and the performance of competitors and improve technologies and knowledge in order to make the organization become the leader of digital marketing

• Develop educational programs for staff to learn the latest techniques of digital marketing

• Monitor staff performance and provide feedback

• Develop, implement, and ensure compliance with departmental policies
