Bilingual Tax Preparer

Established Accounting firm seeks seasonal tax preparers for our upcoming tax season. SPANISH REQUIRED. Training/Class is available! Duties:
- Prepare and complete accurate tax returns for individuals and businesses
- Review financial records, such as income statements and balance sheets, to determine tax liability
- Utilize tax software to input and calculate tax information
- Stay up-to-date with changes in tax laws and regulations
- Provide excellent customer service by answering client questions and addressing concerns
- Maintain client confidentiality and ensure data security
Skills:
- Strong math skills to accurately calculate taxes and deductions
- Ability to analyze financial concepts and apply them to tax preparation
- Familiarity with financial sales concepts to provide guidance on potential tax savings or investment opportunities
- Proficient in 10-key typing for efficient data entry
- Knowledge of corporate accounting principles for accurate tax reporting
- Sales skills to effectively communicate with clients and promote additional services
- Detail-oriented and organized to ensure accuracy in tax preparation
- Technical accounting knowledge to handle complex tax situation
- Spanish - English proficiency a MUST Must be able to obtain PTIN issued by IRS for 2024 Tax Year
