Boutique Manager, The Jewelry Bar – full-time
$50,000 to $55,000 per year plus end-of-year bonus up to $8,000
THE JEWELRY BAR AT KITCHEN KETTLE VILLAGE
is actively seeking a
full-time BOUTIQUE MANAGER
to join our team. The Jewelry Bar sells a variety of unique and classic jewelry and accessories from designers such as Pandora, Brighton, Maria Victoria Bags, Kendra Scott, Kamaria Jewelry, Mosaico, Consuela, Stia, Ania Haie, Brosway, and Anuchka.
The ideal candidate for this position must have a strong retail management background and proven sales experience. They should display a high level of confidentiality and ethical conduct along with excellent communication skills and guest focus. They should also be highly organized with the ability to adapt to a changing environment.
This position provides an excellent work/life balance with a 5-day work week, no evenings or Sundays. Saturday and holiday work required. Receive a competitive base salary with the potential for an end-of-year bonus.
SOME OF THE ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND COMPETENCIES OF THIS POSITION INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:
Lead, train, coach, and motivate sales associates to make them exceptional employees.
Create excitement for the brands, lead an energetic sales team, and motivate team members to deliver exceptional sales results.
Display merchandise in a manner that is compelling and attractive to guests.
Follow the labor budget given to you on an annual basis. Ensure adherence to all procedures for inventory control, including the transfer and return of damaged goods in a timely manner.
Produce a fun, enjoyable environment for employees and guests that creates a positive, happy, and memorable experience.
Communicate all policy procedures in a positive and timely manner.
Maximize store profitability by setting daily goals, analyzing monthly plans, and driving sales to meet financial objectives.
