Position Description:

We're seeking a Business Development Manager (BDM) to join our tight-knit, high-performing team, who excels in building relationships across diverse cultures and time zones, and who possesses a collaborative mindset to drive business growth.

As a BDM, you'll play a pivotal role in accelerating revenue growth by identifying, pursuing, and closing opportunities with new customers within the United States, offering a comprehensive suite of Information Technology (IT) and staffing solutions.

Responsibilities:
Generate leads and cultivate direct client relationships for IT solutions sales and staffing solutions.
Exceed company targets for acquiring new clients.
Implement and execute the business development plan in collaboration with key internal stakeholders.
Cultivate enduring, trusted relationships with senior management within target accounts.
Develop and execute target account plans to maximize revenue potential.
Drive new revenue streams by cross-selling to existing clients.
Qualifications: Proven experience managing high-paced, complex product and service sales cycles.
Demonstrated success in selling to C/V/D-level executives as a strong hunter.
Consistent track record of exceeding sales quotas in current and previous roles.
Competitive spirit, team player mentality, and self-starting drive to achieve success.
Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
Experience: Minimum of 2 years' experience in quota-carrying IT solutions sales and staffing solutions.
Minimum of 5 years combined experience in IT sales and recruitment.
