Responsibilities
• Lead sourcing and procurement for assigned development programs• Ensure program needs are met in terms of cost, quality, and delivery• Report program status and manage IPDS phase gate deliverables• Translate sourcing strategies into actionable plans• Coordinate with cross-functional teams for support activities• Lead Early Supplier Engagement for critical parts• Produce and report sourcing metrics• Develop program action item log• Coordinate hardware integration activities• Support program management to meet cost targets
Requirements
• HS Diploma or GED• 5+ years of experience in Integrated Supply Chain and Program/Project Management• Experience with contracting, purchasing, and negotiations• FAR15 contracts compliance experience• SAP experience• Bachelor's degree (desired)• Program Management Professional Certification (desired)• Demonstrated leadership and influencing skills• Ability to communicate and interact with all levels of personnel• Ability to think and drive actions globally• Business acumen to align purchasing goals to strategic initiatives• Technical acumen to align to new design and test requirements• Strong interpersonal skills
