Bar Americano, a popular neighborhood cocktail bar located in the heart of Greenpoint, is currently seeking experience bussers/runners to join our team. If you are a team player who is willing to work hard and learn about the bar industry, we want to hear from you! Responsibilities: 1. Clearing and Cleaning Tables: Ensure tables are promptly cleared of dishes, glassware, and utensils. Wipe down tables and reset them with clean items to prepare for the next guests. 2. Assisting Servers: Help servers deliver food and beverages to customers. Provide support during busy times by running orders from the kitchen or bar to the tables. 3. Maintaining Cleanliness: Keep the dining and bar areas clean and organized. This includes sweeping and mopping floors, emptying trash bins, and restocking supplies such as napkins and utensils. 4. Customer Service: Provide friendly and efficient service to customers, ensuring they have a positive dining experience. Address customer requests and assist with any additional needs during their visit. Requirements:
At least 3 years of experience working in a fast-paced restaurant or bar environment
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
