Cable Assembler and Solderer-Beverly, MA-Temp to Perm 1 st shift 7am-3:30pm Pay rate:Open/DOE or how will candidates/perform task or assembly per direction @interview.
For entry level $20 to start Candidates with J-STD and IPC-610 Certificate $26 per hour.
Willing to interview candidates with more experience whom seeking for higher pay rate.
Soldering is a big plus.
We will train if the right candidate is interviewed.
Our interviews consist of performing assembly or soldering to evaluate the individual skills.
Qualifications Basic math skills Ability to work using magnifying glasses but PREFER INDIVIDUAL USING MICROSCOPE for soldering fine wires and small components Ability to work with hand tools and semi-automated tools / fixtures Documentation / record keeping skills Ability to work from product drawings, written, and verbal instructions Ability to work with mechanical inspection equipment (drop indicators, calipers, interface gauges, etc.
Utilizing existing documentation, prep, assemble, and inspect RF Microwave Cables with all appropriate materials and tooling Suggest improvements to assembly process, and documentation, where applicable Works in an organized fashion Using appropriate tooling and materials via the documented Assembly Procedure Prepare cables per documentation for soldering Contacts and Connector assemblies Performs appropriate in process inspections and tests (i.e., workmanship and dimensional) Records and documents assembly data where appropriate Performs labor, materials, and related transactions, in a timely fashion Works with the Manufacturing Manager, QC, and Engineering, to ensure product quality, while increasing productivity thru resolving assembly issues Job Functions: Utilizing existing documentation, prep, assemble, and inspect RF Microwave Cables with all appropriate materials and tooling.
