Job Description:
Magic Leap is seeking a part-time Call Center Associate to join our remote team in Seattle, Washington. As a Call Center Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients. This position is ideal for individuals who are independent, motivated, and have at least 2 years of experience in a customer service role.
Responsibilities:- Answering incoming calls and responding to customer inquiries- Providing product information and technical support to customers- Resolving customer complaints and issues in a professional manner- Processing orders and managing returns- Documenting all customer interactions in our CRM system- Collaborating with other team members to improve customer service processes
Requirements:- 2 years of experience in a customer service role- Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks- Project management skills and a mindset for innovation- Knowledge of CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite- High school diploma or equivalent
