Job Description:

CBS is seeking a dedicated and resilient Customer Support Officer to join our remote team in Seattle, Washington. As a Customer Support Officer, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients via phone, email, and chat. You will assist customers with inquiries, resolve complaints, and ensure a positive customer experience.

Responsibilities:- Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner- Resolve customer complaints and issues with empathy and efficiency- Provide guidance and assistance to customers with product information and troubleshooting- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions- Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless customer support- Identify opportunities for process improvement and innovation in customer support- Meet or exceed customer satisfaction goals and metrics

Requirements:- 2 years of experience in customer service or a similar role- Must be confident and resilient in handling challenging customer interactions- Strong decision-making skills and ability to think innovatively- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer support software- Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team- High school diploma or equivalent
